Full Service Event Planning

Simply put, we'll take care of all the details in unlimited consultation with you.  You of course can be as involved in the selection of vendors, such as the cake tasting and selection, venue, etc. as you want to be. 

Month Before Services

Perhaps you have most of the work done, but now the details are becoming a bit overwhelming.  Trying to juggle all the timelines, your bridal party, parents, out-of-town guests, and all your vendors is driving your stress level through the roof.  Enchanted Crossing event planners will come to the rescue, get to know your desires, take over the vendor coordinations, design issues, and if need be, suggest vendors for those things that "you just haven't gotten to yet".  We'll make sure everyone knows their part, make certain that your wishes are followed and generally just be the fairy godmothers that ensure that you get to relax and enjoy the events up to and including your wedding and reception.

Day of Services

You have done all the planning, but there are some things that you just need a professional expert to handle on the day of your event.  Making certain that the vendors are all following the established timelines, ensuring that you and your bridal party are on time to your event, and making sure that the flowers get from one venue to the next while everyone is taking pictures immediately following the ceremony.  On your special day, you and your family should be able to enjoy the event that you've planned as opposed to worrying if all the details are going to fall into place...or worse yet, finding alternatives for vendors that might fail you and the chaos that ensues from dealing with those issues.  Enchanted Crossing event planners will meet with you in advance of your wedding, discuss the way you want the event to occur, review and consult on your timelines, and make contact with all your vendors to confirm all the plans and commitments to ensure that your plans and wishes are followed while you and your family and friends get to enjoy the day's events!

Mother-in-law/Mother of the Bride Services

When your child is getting married, it can be stressful for the parents as well.  What should mom wear? Where does she go to find the dress?  Who, what and where does she do about the Rehearsal Dinner?  What about coordinating shoes, jewelry, etc.?  What about a little spa day for her too?  Perhaps she needs someone to hold her hand and help her get through the day.  Perhaps she's been asked to do things for the bridal party, like making sure that the make-up, clothes, shoes, etc. get from the dressing area to an appropriate designation...but when does she have time to do that?  After all she's going to be in the photos and wants to see you walk into your reception hall as well.  We have a solution to help out the Mom's too.

Groom Services

You know that she has a list of "honey-do's" that she wants you to handle for the big day.  Many of the grooms we work with simply just want to "show up", and relish the idea of having a "go to" professional to handle addressing invitations, selecting vendors for tuxedos, picking the rehearsal location, picking up her dress, etc.  You furnish us with her list of "honey-do's" and we'll handle the details so that both you and your bride get what you want!
